- Video and photo production studios
- Equipment rental
- Automated recording studios
- Media production services
- Software and automation systems used for studio recording
- Installation of automated studios for third parties
- Online booking and account services through our website
StudioME reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services at any time.
3. User Accounts
Users may create an account on studiomeproductions.com to book studios or access services.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
StudioME is not liable for unauthorized access caused by failure to secure login credentials.
Users must be 18 years or older to create an account or book services.
4. Studio Use and Recording
StudioME facilities are designed for audio and video recording.
By booking or participating in a session at StudioME facilities, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Recording equipment may capture audio and video during sessions
- The booking party is responsible for obtaining permission from any participants or guests appearing in recordings
- StudioME is not responsible for disputes regarding participant consent within the user’s production
StudioME does not claim ownership of customer content recorded during studio sessions.
5. Studio Technology Operation and System Data
StudioME studios and software utilize automated production technologies that may analyze audio, video, and system activity in order to operate features such as:
- automated camera switching
- speaker detection
- automated production workflows
- recording and editing systems
- studio automation tools
By using StudioME facilities, equipment, or software, users acknowledge and consent to the collection of operational and interaction data generated during sessions. This may include:
- speaker timing
- camera switching behavior
- system activity
- contextual interaction signals
- transcripts generated by automated systems
- system performance metrics
This information may be used by StudioME for:
- operating the system
- improving software
- research and development
- training automated production technologies
- testing new features
- developing and commercializing StudioME technologies
Where reasonably possible, such data will be anonymized or aggregated.
StudioME will not publicly distribute or commercially exploit recorded customer content without separate written permission from the content owner.
These provisions apply to StudioME technology whether used in:
- StudioME facilities
- client-owned studios installed by StudioME
- software systems provided by StudioME
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- use StudioME services for unlawful purposes
- upload or distribute malicious software
- attempt to interfere with the operation of our systems
- impersonate other individuals or entities
- violate intellectual property rights
- disrupt studio operations or other users
StudioME reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.
7. Intellectual Property
All StudioME software, automation systems, studio technology, website design, branding, and related materials are the intellectual property of StudioME Productions LLC.
Users may not:
- copy or reproduce StudioME technology
- reverse engineer studio automation software
- redistribute proprietary systems or software
Customer content recorded in studios remains the property of the customer.

- cloud storage providers
StudioME is not responsible for the policies or performance of third-party services.
9. Termination
StudioME may suspend or terminate access to services if users:
- violate these Terms
- fail to pay required fees
- engage in unlawful activity
- misuse studio equipment or facilities

- loss of recorded content
