Shoes that make you walk 250% Faster: A Pittsburgh Startup

The shoe of the future!

A month or two ago, we were hired as the video crew by WIRED to film at a Pittsburgh start up that is developing a new way to get around. Shift Robotics successfully funded “The World’s Fastest Shoes” through their Kickstarter campaign in late 2022. Their goal is to bring to market a shoe that utilizes AI to help you walk faster. Moonwalkers are a fun, new way to get around the city.

Even though the temperature was around 20 degrees Fahrenheit, we had a blast working with the WIRED and Shift Robotics teams. We delivered the footage to WIRED’s editing team and they put together the awesome video seen above.
